Reads what lands
You can forward an email or drag in a document, a PDF or a photograph of a letter. Donna reads it, files it to the matter and asks when she is not sure.
Records the time
Donna records time as you work in Outlook, Word, Teams and Zoom, and drafts the attendance note. Nothing reaches the ledger until you confirm it.
One file per matter
Documents, drafts, the chronology, deadlines and tasks all sit on the matter. You can control the whole file from Donna or from the apps you already use.
Matters kept apart
Each matter is encrypted under its own key. Data is held in the UK by default, and Donna does not use matter data to train AI models.
